Benaco bresciano Rebo igp “2021 Selection”

The low-yielding Rebo grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected in an ideal region of Valtènesi.

Long maceration at a controlled temperature to ensure noble tannins, followed by further maturation in oak tonneaux and further refinement before bottling. The wine has an intense ruby red hue, with slight garnet reflections. The nose is ample, balanced, and harmonious, with fruity hints of cherry jam, plum, blackberry, currant, and delicate spiced notes. The palate consists of soft and round tannins that pleasantly contrast a palate imbued with a succulent fruit mixed with spiced notes and matured fruit. The finish is long lasting and of good persistence. Benaco Bresciano IGP is well matched with red meats, game, truffle dishes and mature cheeses.
