Ligurian style basil sauce


Ingredients: olive oil, Genovese basil (basilico genovese PDO) 25%, cashews, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, pine kernels, Grana Padano cheese (contains lizozime eggs), Pecorino cheese, garlic, salt.

Ideal for: crouton, bruschetta (toasted bread) and first courses.

After opening, cover with a layer of olive oil and refrigerate.
