Our extra virgin olive oil is produced with the Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio cultivars which enjoy the microclimate of the Lake.
Our oil is obtained from olives harvested exclusively by hand, at the right ripening period and quickly cold pressed, to guarantee the quality and the organoleptic characteristics, to enrich and enhance all dishes.
