Fine wine made from red grapes Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino from Valtènesi. Entirely handpicked, our grapes are selected and sorted on the vine and in the cellar. The juice and skin are macerated (kept in contact with each other) for a period long enough to extract the desired characteristic light bright cherry-pink color, typical of Chiaretto.
The most is then separated from the skins and is fermented like white wine. Fermentation usually takes place in stainless steel tanks in cold temperature to maintain freshness. Chiaretto is one of the most typical wines of Lake Garda, fragrant, fruity and with good acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, lake fish, poultry, fresh cheeses, pizza, sushi and caprese salad.
It should be drunk young and fresh at 10°-12°C.
