Wine produced with selected grapes Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. It is an important wine with an aroma typical of noble wines of the Riviera.
Aroma, fruity (black and red berries), with floral notes (violet), minerals and delicately spicy. Balanced on the palate with a pleasant tannins evolved. Persistence good with fresh aftertaste. It goes well with venison, beef and lamb, cheeses. Ageing 6 months in large oak casks, an additional year in bottle and steel.
