Benaco Bresciano Rosso “Ottantesimo”
This new red wine is obtained by selecting the best grapes, rigorously hand harvested from the oldest vines, with an age of over thirty years, focusing on quality.
The production per hectare is about 5/6 tons (compared to the average wine production which is equal to 8/10 tons per hectare).
The wine is aged for 18 months in medium toasted barriques, most of them of second passage. Before being marketed, the wine is aged in the bottle.
This new red goes well with important red meats, aged cheeses. As a meditation wine, impeccable with dark chocolate.
Open min. 1 hour before serving, serve at 18° C.
