Bardolino results from the vinification of select grape varieties (Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella, Negrara, Rossignola), skilfully grown implementing row or bower cultivation systems on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, where they thrive optimally influenced by the region’s mild and temperate climate.
It is a light wine, with a rich, typically inviting verve on the nose, providing a perfect blend for its pleasant and elegant bouquet that is shot through with fruity notes. The colour is clear ruby red when young that darkens to deep red when mellowed. Drink when young or after limited ageing.
Serve at cellar temperature 16 – 18°.
