Varietal Grappa “Groppello”

Groppello del Garda Grappa is distilled from the best Groppello Gentile marc in small copper steam-boilers with an artisan discontinuous system.

It has a marked bitterisch herbaceous fragrance with a pear skin and medlar scent. The taste is quite suasive, only just pungent. A fruity flavour of wild berries, dog rose, overripe pear, dried plum and hazel-nut prevails.

It has an alcoholic strength of 40% vol.
